No it isn't a big deal at all! You people need to learn to take a joke and realize that not everybody is going to like your favorite band, we all have different tastes in music. Also it's stupid to hate on Bert when all he did was mock Hayley, he never said he hated Paramore.

It's pretty obvious when somebody is making a joke, besides Bert does tend to joke and fool around a lot. Bert also stated that he never said he didn't like Paramore. I just don't understand what the fuss is, if Hayley impersonated Bert you would all laugh and praise her. When Bert impersonates her you all jump on his case and call him names, it just doesn't make sense.

Well he did say that he doesn't hate Paramore so therefore he was probably joking. People do tend to make jokes once in a while, it's a pretty normal thing to do.
